Walled Garden - 5 years on

Five years ago the Walled Garden at Attingham Park was a grassy, unused space. Now, in 2013, the garden is bursting with life, from plants to pigs, and is well on its way to being fully productive once more. Kate Nicoll, Senior Gardener, reflects on how the dedicated team of staff and volunteers have transformed the garden into a place of beauty and bounty.

good to see that estate gardens are being kept going by the national trust, all that I can see lacking are glasshouses and potting shed and most importantly young apprentices to become the journeymen and head gardeners of the next generation
