I was inspired by a comment from Rubik Wilde, demonstrates how to create a permanent note from scratch, integrate it into the Zettelkasten system, and perform discourse graph analysis.
The process involves creating fleeting notes, gathering reference notes, drafting a permanent note, adding index terms, and connecting the new note to existing notes in the Zettelkasten, thereby creating a complex network of interconnected ideas.
Kent extracts claims, adds relevant terms, writes literature notes, and generates relevant questions, all of which contribute to the depth and richness of the note.
In summary? From start to finish, how I create a permanent note in my Zettelkasten in Tana. From finding something to make a note about, a viewer comment in this case, and every step of the journey until it's done.

well spotted. I accomplished that using a neat little feature I discovered in Tana that's not very obvious. I already made a video about that actually. That video might not be named very well in hindsight.

Hi Kent, this looks really amazing. I was an early adopter of Beau Haan's ZK system in Roam but I'm now switching to tana and your system looks like a good fit for me. What I'm really curious to see though is a demo of someone (you??) using your notes to create long-form content, like an article or blog post (if that's something you do??). Anyway, thank you for the great content you are creating and sharing :)

I use it all the time exactly that way! I leverage my ZK to produce written work (articles, blogs, etc), video scripts, and more.
All ZK's are, effectively, writing systems. Of course, in the last months getting AI into the mix has been totally insane and I love it.
I did! I did a live note taking and writing session where the final output was a real medium blog post.
