She does the same thing in the beginning of La La Love behind Exy. Also, when she pulls her arm backwards, her shoulder blades really push the transparent strap (close to breaking it at 1:51). You can actually see at 2:28, the move she does with her arms break the transparent strap - that's the wardrobe malfunction. You can see her notice the broken strap at 2:30.
