I'm unable to find the printer when I search for it using the HP Smart App on my phone. I've checked and done a test page on the printer confirming it's connected with strong wifi strength to the same wifi as my Android phone. Any ideas to troubleshoot?

Not sure but it may need same wifi connection on phone and printer. If its not working then do setup again in hp smart app. Just delete app and install again and add printer

@@PrinterGuruji yes, they're on the same wifi. Tried it with both laptop and phone. Deleted and reinstalled app, still doesn't work.

Hi, I tried to setup my printer WiFi connection using both my mobile phone and laptop but I can't seem to get it right each time. It keeps saying select Try again to restart the timer. I'm not on VPN and my laptop is barely 18 inches away from the printer. Please can you advise me?

@@Tastymeatgrinder Yes I did. I was using my Android phone but it didn't work until I asked a friend to use her Iphone. It was a lot of trial and error though that I don't even recall the procedure but we got it eventually. I'm sorry for the late reply
