Let's go to Basics and Keep it Simple. In this video, I'm only focusing on the First and Most Important things to do. What's going to help you the most to get value out of your Results? Any other suggestions to add to these 5?
Yes to circling terms that speak to me and underlining questions when reading my assessment. Observing more and having awareness, along with an index card to have it top of mind--great visual reminder--love your ideas.
Thank you, Tina. It takes a bit to get the momentum of doing this regularly, but once you internalize and own what’s great about you - the payoff is worth it!
I love how you said... some people like to learn on their own by reading and thinking while others like to learn with others... I am 100% the reading and thinking on my own!! Learning with others is not how I'm built (based on my results). I am going to use this video as a reference point for people tho take the test?
Thanks, Jared. Yes, everyone has different learning styles. I’m more of a hands-on learner. I need to apply what I’m learning either through a project or experience to really internalize what I’m learning. I’m so glad you like the video to share with others.
Thanks for this nice video, question please I did the test twice in a row due some technical issues and results are differents, for couple of strength in the top 5 I feel the second one 1st top strength is not right, what do you think?
It’s hard to say without knowing the details of what happened and how you feel on the differences in your results lists. I wouldn’t worry too much about which result is first vs. second vs. third, etc. Overall, do you feel that your Top 5 / Top 10 describe you? The exact order is not critical. What matters is if you feel the general top of the list captures your dominant patterns.
@@ElviraMarieChang thanks for your great insights, honestly I felt the 1st one which I don't have access to were describing me better or at least was more accurate.
