Hi i am looking to do this on my CTS. I just need to know if the ring around the logo has any holes in it? I am looking to upgrade to the 2015 badge! Please any help is greatly appreciated
A little bit of heat would of helped with the emblem removal part. Nice video brother
Citrus blaster works great for removing adhesive
It helps to put the tools down while using the floss one could easily scratch the paint.
Cap the tools with electrical tape.

Not 100%, as I’ve not worked on that car, but it’s likely a very similar process

Perfect. No issues at all.
Just make sure to clean with alcohol before installing the new one.

Alcohol or nail polish remover without acetone would work wonders too.
Or option 2 use a heatgun which is much better imo
