Stumbled onto your channel, where you were taking abut setting up your rebaing operation We have been re-baling for 5 years....We started out with the Simpson complete Round bale table system, New Holland 5070 baler, a Bale Bandit.........We have Contracts with TSC to supply stores in our area with 53ft trailer loads of small squares.....In May 2023 we swapped over to 1840 inline and a Bale Baron...complete with 3 point Marcrest hydrauic power unit,,,,,, We have modified the system with different speed and material flow controls to maintain a constant, even process from 4x5 round to21 bale bundle loaded into trailer....about every 6 to 8 minutes

That’s very cool!!! Yeah I rebaling setup is nice but we’re still working bugs out of the system!😂
how many small square bales did you get from a big round bale?
Usually we get about 18 small bales from a round bale. Sometimes that number can vary based on how short the hay is.
