It's finally time to harvest some of our ONIONS that have been over wintering in the ground since November. We knew some of these onions were getting big, but we didn't realize the onions were going to be this big! After harvesting our BIG ONIONS, we quickly transitioned the raised bed to transplant the next crop of peppers and basil, so that we can continue to grow an abundance of vegetables in our backyard garden. One unexpected surprise is our pomegranate tree has its first blooms, so we are hoping to get some fruits this year.
