I'm watching some Super Sentai here on TH-cam. The official tokushoutsu it's streaming a lot of retro tokusatsu series as well as Digimon Adventure Tri and Mach Go Go for some reason. I have an advice for you not related to tokusatsu, but with your autistic tics, it's more comfortable for you to hit slightly something instead of clapping if you want to follow the rhythm.
You are correct. Metal Hero was turned into VR Troopers. Specifically Metalder, Spielban and Shaider.
