Nice work editing this video.Rita was the real Godess, I love her! Graciosa, elegante, ritmica, buena bailarina, buena actriz, bella, reina de su epoca :)
Brilliant work ! This makes us all fall in love with Rita again. She was a beautiful goddess with tons of real talent. I wish we had more people like her. Her daughter, Princess Yasmin Aga Khan is not only royal from her father's side, but equally royal from her mother's side.
Rita Hayworth was one of the all-time great Hollywood film stars of the 1940s. She was not only a great actress, but a very talented dancer as well. She was to Columbia Studios what Ginger Rogers was to RKO, Ruby Keeler to Warner Brothers, and Eleanor Powell and Ann Miller to M-G-M. She danced with Gene Kelly in the musical film "Cover Girl", made in 1944. This is considered to be Miss Hayworth's most successful film of her career. Her best known role however, was in the movie "Gilda" which she made with Glenn Ford in 1946. It was her first major dramatic role. She also did two films with Fred Astaire, who once called Miss Hayworth her favorite dancing partner, after Ginger Rogers. She was also a favorite pin-up girl for soldiers during the Second World War. All together, Miss Hayworth appeared in more than sixty films in a career that lasted nearly four decades. She made her last film in 1972. She suffered from Alzheimer's disease for several years until she succumbed to her condition in 1987. She was 68 years old. She's up there in Heaven now, dancing before the angels with all the other great dancing stars from Hollywood's Golden Age. Her memory and legacy will live on for many generations to come. She's staying alive in our hearts and our memories forever. May you rest in peace, Miss Rita Hayworth.
Tough to tell but the quick segment with the dude in the sailor uniform , but that's Rita & either Bob Fosse or Gower Champion----it's hard to tell. ------------------WolfSky9

There is incredible editing going on here. The scream at 1:45 is hilarious and 2:42 to 2:51 is masterful. Nice work.

was this done in real time or with a tiny bit of help? i notice you only have this video, none of other stars, how is she special to you?
I actually cannot take credit for the creation of this amazing video. I thin Rita is fabulous, and recorded it.
This was spoiled by putting Susan Haywood in the middle of it.
