Not sure if you knew since you didn't mention it but Drew's dad is Chris...part of the XXIX 49ers superbowl team. He was a damn good lineman for the 49ers and Chris grew up and also raised his family in Salinas just an hour south of San Jose. Drew's sister still works for Stanford. Chris is head coach for Palma HS in Salinas. Time to bring Drew back home and suit that kid up in the red and gold.
Whether theyre able to get him or another center, they better get someone better taking over that spot for the long run. Getting a tackle and another linemen in the draft would be ideal. The 11th spot is a good place to be
I absolutely love this idea, Brad, and there's no reason they can't make it happen with the cap space They have hell, even keep Brendel. As a backup for one more year. Fixing the center position could do so much if they draft a tackle move mcivitz to guard, then all of a sudden, a middling offensive line becomes top ten
We should've gotten him a few years ago in the draft. Had him on a lot of my mocks, son of a former 49er, but more than that, the kid has very good technique, understands leverage maybe better than the old man did
Solve the Oline in FA with Dalhman and Trey smith then throw a bunch of draft picks at the Dline this is such a deep Edge class we need multiple darts thrown at the position
Personally I consider Drew Dalman, Trey Smith and Jordan Savaiinaea the top priorities this offseason if 49ers want to conquer the division, the conference and finally get a SuperBowl...
Do you mean the offensive lineman from Arizona? His first name is Jonah. I would love Dalman, and either Smith, Sherff or Becton. That would free up the draft to address the defense.
Def. in favor of bringing in Dalman in FA. We need to draft a replacement for Trent Williams, a daunting task, but doable in view of our draft position.
They could of just drafted him but decided to trade up for trey sermon and then draft ambry thomas. Perfect example of why this season went in the tank
That was at the very tail end of Mack's career. We didn't count on him retiring after a year. Dalman is only 26, and has a lot of bay area ties including a SB championship dad.
It worked out really well in terms of his actual play. The unexpected retirement was all that messed things up, though that shouldn't be a concern with Dalman.
Her looks great…but he’s going to have to win over forrester who has a major hard-on for Brendel. At least he wouldn’t be a draft pick who would only get playing time if someone got hurt. The mismanagement of players this last year really left a bitter taste in my mouth.

That's pretty cool!
Yea, Brad is not old enough to remember that.
Very true 😂@@ChristianBibleStudiesYHVH
Was wondering the same when I saw his name. Thanks for pointing that out.
Legacy 🙌
~ EX Marin County Kidd
He's the son of former Niner Chris!!
DO IT !
And then get Kelvin Banks in the Draft!
Nope get josh connerly jr or josh simmons
Empire family ties. He's a must. # Chis Dalman
Can the 49ers please hire Brad as a scout please give him a chance.

Been calling for Drew Dalman FA signing all season. 100% agree. Sign an experienced Center, draft OT.
I'm down with getting him the sooner the better, we definitely need to do better in free agency this year
@49ERS SIGN THE MAN
This would be a huge dub. And it would open up their draft board.

Personally I don’t think Jonah would be a fit for us. Not a great run blocker
Josh simmons is Trent Williams 2.0
💯👀

Agree...getting Dalman would upgrade the OL immediately and for years to come. Will let the team concentrate on defense in the early rounds.
Still need an offensive lineman if the top 3 are on the board at 11 over defense. I agree DT is a need as is edge depth
@@MrIrrelevantDoNRelevantThingsWe can find edge rushers in 4th round
If we can get him and Kelvin Banks jr in the draft I think our o-line would take a huge step in the right direction.
They could of just drafted him but decided to trade up for trey sermon and then draft ambry thomas. Perfect example of why this season went in the tank
Niners have a lousy history drafting. Could have drafted CMC too.
We need to target top C in FA & 2 2nd tier DT
If we dont get him we need to draft georgia center jared wiley
Definitely need free agency for o line
Center in FA and move up for a DT in the draft and the 9ers are back on track.
Hey quick question me and my friends where wondering were you an offensive line man in college or where you an offensive lineman scout?
Last time we got a Center from teh Falcons, it did not work out well at all, Alex Mack

Niners haven't had solid Center since Jeremy Newberry. They need to sign Dalman.
So he’s a projected fourth rounder. Nice! Niners will draft him in the second round.
He's a free agent.
🤣🤣 How did I miss that? @
@ I have no idea. The game film is from the Falcons. LOL
@ 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah but can he snap the ball as good as Jake brendal?

Its time to change we need younger O line coach he is holding us back year after year
@ 💯…but our head coach enables that behavior
Sorry but he’s coming to Chicago
Carter got washed out!!
