Weird question. Sounds like you're just not making the style you like. Pull in a reference track and use it as a baseline for what instruments and effects to use, what key your melodies should be in and how to build them, understand the structure the beat, and how to level the instruments. Just do each element one at a time across the whole beat. You can even copy it exactly, then sub out similar sounding instruments and if you play with the melody/counter melody and drum patterns enough it won't sound like the same beat by the time you're done, but it will be in the same category.

I can’t get my mixes to sound like actual music I’d listen too even if use all the right sounds… any advice
Even if I remake a beat using the same instruments professional mixes just sound so much better I can’t get my songs to sound like them
