It’s amazing what you can do with editing 😆. I was actually at it for about 4 hours to get this nasty little killer all cleaned up. Thanks for stopping by!
@@retiredforlife63 I am not surprised to be honest, I think I would have said that it looked like a four hour job, anything less would mean taking risks
Good afternoon Brian, It's not my favorite thing..dealing with dead trees, especially when they are hung up on others. You got it done. The pole saw came in handy. Have a good one, Ben 👋😎👍🍻
@ Thanks will do appreciate the advice and video. I was out roaming my woods this morning and a hawk buzzed over my head. Y’all are very welcome 🙏. Getting excited to see what happens next with y’all’s gardepro white flash camera.
I would have done this a little different...........I would have used a gas saw for the quick acting of cutting and running........hey....you got it......and safely.........yay..........congrats.......
How's she goin'? Nice work battling this snag. It's always a good plan to tackle this kind of a snag with lots of precautions. That way you can live to tell the story!! Take 'er easy!!
Good Evening Sir, When I was Living In Shefford Mountain I had 1.5 acres and more than 100 maples trees with many dead limbs in the air and with my daughters playing in the wood I had to do clean up because for safety reasons and many worries nightmares' 🥴 Thank You Sir and Be Well Cheers 🍻🍻
I used to follow an arborist that had a video of him cutting a tree down. A rather large limb had broken loose and and came down and hit him in the head He was wearing a hard hat and luckily, it was a bit of a glancing blow but it hit him with enough force to knock him down I live by the creed that if you are around these trees long enough, sooner or later, you WILL have a bad experience with one It’s just like with anything else, you minimize the risk as much as possible I work alone. I need to be all the more careful
That's the way we were taught to start matey - take out the obstacles on the work area & escape route, then address the rest by the increasing level of hazard. Then we'd do it the dangerous & dumb way, because it was faster & we were young & thus invincible.🙃🤡😁
Awesome video , thanks for sharing !!!!!

Great advice on clearing escape paths and looking up as you walk. It was good to watch how you tackled the problem, you did make it look easy

I’ve got the same on my property also. Great video 👍
Be careful out there. They can be tough to deal with. I was lucky with this one that I could reach it with just my pole saw. Thanks for stopping by!

Minimizing the risk is the big thing. I’m pretty much always on my own so I know what you mean.

That's just part of being young. I'm sometimes surprised I survived!😆 Thanks for stopping by!
