I saw this happening years ago, Jari has denied us Time II for almost a decade now, Time I was so unique when it first came out, eventually people would start projects inspired by it, and now it's finally happening, Thanks Aether and Atavistia, : )

9thRed Time lll? Nah, I'd say is Wintersun self titled ll... IF that even makes sense. This sounds like what Jari has forgotten that we love most about his creation in the first Wintersun album. ...yes Time ll was good, but it was less satisfying for me than the debut. If a new band like this Atavistia is willing to carry the torch from where Wintersun started out and drifted away from, I'll happily keep an open ear. It is a bit gimmicky to "copy" to this extent but um... It sounds great and I don't really care who is making the sound. Its just more good music for me, and honestly Jari is way too slow at releasing content. I welcome this "Wintersun clone" easily.
Absolutely amazing musicianship. I recommend this band to support Wintersun on tour. We will all be smoked at the end of the night. From then on we will wait for winter.
Difference between this band and Wintersun is Atavistia actually releases music every now and then.

Wintersun has one and a half amazing albums, and I think they did some sort of side project about seasons but no one cares. Meanwhile you've got this band producing amazing music that hits that same spot Jari has left empty in us all for so long, and anyone is complaining?! Madness. Y'all can bitch about this being a copy, but even a copy of something amazing is worth listening to. I'm gonna keep letting Atavistia tickle my Wintersun-hole and you naysayers can go be hipsters somewhere else. I hear there's a great band called Aether Realm that sounds like Ensiferum before Jari left, maybe you can fail to enjoy them too

First thing I heard from this band, and this song in general, is that it sounded like a Wintersun copy. As if copying Wintersun was that easy... This band rocks!!

sounds straight up like a wintersun copy but hey that's not necessarily a bad thing, the music is still objectively very good. if you sold this song to Jari and Jari put on on the next wintersun album I'd 100% believe he wrote it himself. at least they'll (probably) be releasing music more frequently than wintersun lol

Fuck the moaners! Your music has its own sound that deserves, no, NEEDS to be listened to. Those wankers don't give your music anything more than a casual listen, let alone they can really apreciate what you make. They don't even understand what it takes to get where you are now. This is so freaking good. I enjoy it a lot. But it sounds identically like Wintersun. It seems like you took everything from them - the drums, vocals, guitars, style, the music tempo even the clip looks very similar to their Time clips. I hope Jari and the boys don't mind that you guys are taking so much from them and doing Wintersun 2.0. Keep it going cause it's really really good.

It's annoying to have a feeling "these guys like to be exactly like Wintersun" when listening music. It distracts me too much, so I cannot fully appreciate the music that you guys put out.

this Linkin Park similar bands are getting out of hand.
Wintersun-inspired? No, more like plagiarism if anything.
An example of inspiration is like Caladan Brood or Emyn Muil taking their obvious love of Summoning's sound and style and forming their own unique sound and style that makes it clearly discernable from Summoning.
This is blatant copy of Wintersun's compositions, the lyrics are practically the same, and even attempting to sound exactly like Jari(Done well nonetheless) is no coincidence. A shame because the band is clearly talented but its wasted when trying to be a carbon copy of Wintersun. At the very least attempt to separate yourselves from Wintersun with your own creative ideas at play otherwise you come off as a dishonest tribute band.
Can't help but hear "The way of the fire" in nearly every riff. Feels like almost their every song is some kind of copy of it.
I really don't care if they are just bunch of copycats, my hairs are already turning white and yet Time II is still MIA.
