Hi, It might sound a bit stupid my question. But I could not understand why first your run the installation via powershell, then you run the installation via the GUI? there is any reason the powershell commands to be executed, or could be everything done by the GUI environment?

Hi, It is not appropriate to have more roles installed on the same server. The simplest way to do this is when the DHCP role is associated with Exchange Server 2016, or if you do not have a cluster, the messaging traffic on Exchange will be affected if you want to restart the server in an error that occurs on your DHCP server. Roles need to be installed on different servers.

You will not send mail to the outside world without any domain name com address. As an example company.local does not go out with this address e-mail. However, e-mail address with com extension can be sent. For this, a description must be made on your external dns server. MX, like SPF. If these definitions are not available, the other party will not receive the e-mail. The e-mail sent will be blocked.
i did a test of this just for fun and i could receive mails form ulla.local to my Gmail, it went straight to the spam folder but still, it got there :P I find that abit scary but thanks for the answer this exchange adventure seems like alot of fun i will keep learning :)

You must define the IP Address as static. If the dhcp server distributes dynamically, other clients will receive IP addresses after a certain period of time. In this case, the problem is created.

Because D: is the drive where the Exchange ISO is mounted. All the commands are sent to the setup.exe inside de ISO. Cheers!

Create Send Connector to send e-mail to the internet
You must create a Send Connector. Exchange Server 2016 isn't to send mail outside. To send mail out side your Exchange Server.
FQDN: * All domain
Send Connector create is complete.
Exchange Server is for
send mail to internet and receive to mail, you must allow to firewall. Port number is 25.
MX and SPF record create for Exchange Server 2016 on Microsoft dns server
Go to DNS Server..
Accepted domain settings
Exchange Server 2016 install has been complete...

Some e-mails are detected as iphone viruses. If you do this way, it's improving. I had the same problem.

I followed the procedure exactly but when I tried to access the url : mail.**********.com/owa show The page cannot be displayed but when I tried localhost/owa it's working. Any idea?
do you have necessary records in dns?
Replace /owa .............with /ecp
OWA and ECP are different things.
