Hi, Many thanks for the detailed deployment instructions. I have an issue at adding the Online Certificate Authority (12mins) as the 'select' button is greyed out and I cannot pick my CA. I have used the CertificateAuthorityName\ServerName but got a denied issue. The reason was that the certificate template is not supported by the AD. Do I need to create the web serve templates before hand?
Question. At time 20:16 I don't recall giving a username and password previously. What is to be used here, or did I miss where we configured a username and password ?

OK, so there wasn't a Web Server template added, so I added that it now works!
