    Where do you get the DC 15 Volts (Pin 12)and DC 5 Volts (Pin 14) for the EGS002? you know,it MUST be synchronized with the 380 VDC,for the IGBTs not to blow a pair..

    Good work brother. See the PWD duty cycle in the oscilloscope, it does not change with the load. it runs at its maximum always.(47%). I think pin 8(PWM pulse adjustment) of the PWM module does not do the job correctly. This is a issue in this module. Any thoughts?

    How you try replacing the egs002 spwm ic because I have and the manufacture don’t sell the ic program the ic come blank no programming I feel so upset to speak Thousand of dollars with the manufacture and they refused to take them back and also refuse to send the program code chines company is a mess

    I both the egs002 and it didn’t work the light just blinking and when I add feedback voltage the ic didn’t respond to the feedback to stay on and the h bridge circuit I add the egs002 to the circuit the mosfet burn 🔥 as short circuit the oscilloscope show the phase not in phase so the channel or crashing into each other and ic not receiving the feedback voltage I even turn up to 5 volt and the light just blinking I remove the feedback voltage the light blinking so I need a link I can buy the original egs002 be cause a m not the first person having this issue my friend have the same issues and he’s a copy programmer and he told me the same think happened

      I use the EGS002 and it needs 3 volts on pin 15 VFB, for the LED to stay steady and it works: between 2.75 and 3.25 volts;
      Pin 1 IFB, needs 0.2 volts
      It also runs on 15 Volts DC not 12

    Why 2 circuit PCBs ? - one for switching by 3525 & another for sine wave driver pcb EGS002 ?. Can we not directly use sine wave driver pcb only to drive mosfet at the primary of transformer ?. Share the circuit diagram also.

    What should the voltage be at VFB from the dc high side. With no load. 400volt or 380max. Because I find it will vary from inverter to inverter and also so very as well as the input voltage from your 12 volt site. On most inverters I find the feedback circuit is never very stable.. you did say that your feedback circuit is very important well I have seen inverters work without the feedback circuit it's tied down to 0 which is not good. And some inverters they don't like when you're running them at 14.8 or close to the 15 volts. Would be good if somebody can give more info I have an inverter which has a problem where it doesn't like when your 12-volt supply exceeds 12 volts 12.5 14.5 or maximum of 15.5 you would get flicker on the output on the 240v ac side. Yes I haven't found a solution to correct it with altering a resistor value on the pwm board which converts the 37 kHz.

    I would like to see a low frequency pure sine wave inverter that runs off just solar no batteries and if possible no solar controllers and a wide input range maybe 40 to 80 volts

    make life easy. buy high voltage solar panels. they are cheaper and you can start with 380vdc
