My wife worked for Geffen's Kalodner for about a decade, and I had the opportunity to hang with David several times, and the guy is perfectly cordial, has great sense of humor and I was very happy to see friend and session mate, Doug Aldrich, land with Whitesnake a few decades later. To be honest Dave, Deep Purple reunion wasn’t a Cabaret just playing old songs they did have new material and No one in Deep Purple was broke. The version of Deep Purple before you was THE Deep Purple and you just sound like sour grapes. BTW how old is the music you are going around playing today. Having said that Whitesnake has been one of my top 5 favourite bands of all time.
David looks much better with dark hair and not so glamorized, when he looked and now looks like a woman or a very feminine man. Also he has had way too much plastic surgery it's made him look so old.
@Deb, I like him either way, but you're right, the dark hair makes him look younger. His eyelids were kind of droopy when he was younger, but it made him look so good. I think he's had his lids done, but he'll always look good, no matter what. ; )
