Yo, nice reaction to this very quiet Vanessa. Her register is insane and she likes to use it. You will find out just how amazing if you do a few more. Must admit I do like the blusey ones a lot tho.
@@michaelgoyettemusic It's hard to know what to recommend you listen to. There are so many incredible live performances. As a few have suggested, start with her live performance of 'Heroes Live Forever' at the Sydney 200O Olympics opening ceremony. After that, maybe some other Aussies can suggest some things? Natural Woman from the Dave Stewart show? What is Wrong with me (also featuring Orianthi)...
Well done on 25k Not sure if you changed anything at your end, but the volume was very low. What a great intro to Vanessa. She has a sultry low, bluesy tone when she wants to, but, believe me. She has a lot more to offer. She has one of the largest ranges of any singer. You may have seen her when she opened the Sydney 2000 Olympics as a teenager. That performance is worth watching. The last note that changes pitch several times and goes on forever is simply impossible for most mere mortals. You probably won't be able to transmit it as a reaction because it nearly always gets blocked. She has a HUGE voice, and this song today, was just a quiet intro. I saw her live in February. She is back in Australia after living in the US for a dozen years and still smashing the vocals. She was touring with Dave Stewart .
Yo, first, congratulations on the 25k....I remember when it was a wee channel. You really found your place. (And say hi to Hank.) And the blues are definitely my jam. And I agree that this is a magnificent pairing of talents. I enjoyed the heck out of it.
It’s an amazing song…..both versions are amazing too!! The original video of this version doesn’t have a whole lot of views so watch the original if you have time. Linked in the description What prompted the Moore version yesterday?✌️
Vanessa is a freak. th-cam.com/video/HJa3a8SRrCM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=c4gZKjMdVtTNL3Ss this one from when she was younger is just bonkers. Orianthi, felt she went a little bit extra on that iconic intro. Gary made you feel some kinda pain with every note, orianthi added extra notes instead. Some things just don’t need that personal flourish. The boots almost make up for it tho
If she didn’t appreciate a great guitarist she wouldn’t have chosen to cover a legendary guitar song. Orianthi is a beast on guitar. Most aren’t at her level…… Vanessa is very soulful so I’m sure that comes through in whatever instruments she might play. I liked them together for this one. ✌️

Verrrry quiet compared to other songs. I'm sure he will love the 2 girls with Dave Stewart singing 'What's wrong with me' with the choir 👌
Vanessa's sultry low tones are sublime, and she can also hit high notes. ❤
I can’t wait to hear more!!

Natural Woman by Vanessa live shows her range.
25K!!! 🎉 Yo, loved this, Vanessa is the bomb
Thanks Anne
Yeah she’s amazing ❤️
Yo, Michael. Came back for more. I like your vibe and guitar work. Congrats on 25k 🎉
Yo, Vanessa has always had amazing vocal abilities….
I need to check out more.

Thanks so much. It’s been a fun journey and I get to talk music with cool music fans. I’m grateful to you for being an early supporter! ✌️ ❤️
Another intro for me to some great music by great musicians. Thank YOu again Mike.
Let me know if you find anything good!!
@@michaelgoyettemusic Have you ever heard Joanna Connor, a blues guitarist?
And just for fun look into Glen Campbell and Roy Clark for guitar.
I'd also like to see a reaction to a forgotten Canadian classical guitarist Liona Boyd.

Looks like you hit 25K overnight! Congratulations
Yeah thanks 🙏
It’s kinda crazy!! It’s hard to believe …. ✌️
Wow! Yesterday I heard Garry Moore's version for the first time in decades and today, this!

Vanessa's look towards the guitarist 🎸 is professional administration. She also plays guitar. Maybe not to that level, but pretty well.
