- Hey guys!! Welcome to my Budget Boho Makeover Series Marathon!! Over this past summer, we went to my sister's starter home in South Phoenix & helped them transform 5 spaces in their home, into completely new, beautiful & functional spaces... all on a budget of course! In todays boho makeover marathon video, I have compiled all 5 episodes in that series into one long video that you can pop up onto your tv, tablet or phone & watch all the way through without having to search for the next episode! I hope you enjoy this modern boho makeover marathon video & I hope it gives you some ideas for transforming rooms in your own home! guest room i love the whole room but i loved the decor

The guest bedroom was definitely a favorite such simple touches made it so calm I loved it!!

You can’t seriously expect me to pick one thing! I love everything you did! Totally amazing. What a wonderful sister and brother-in-law you are! And what a wonderful sister and brother-in-law to trust in you to do it. You and Kyle are just delightful. I can’t wait to finish this last room.
My sister and my kids just don’t get that I am not imposing my taste on them. A good designer works with THEIR likes and needs, just brings skills they don’t have to the design. I love virtually all styles and enjoy working with them. My sister just wants me to agree with everything she does. Like rejects lowering the hems of her drapes (6” above the floor) to the floor. No. I’m not going to say it looks good. It doesn’t. She didn’t like my suggestion about paint for her kitchen cabinets, so she sent her lazy 40y.o never worked freeloading son to the basement to find left over paint. COBALT BLUE! I have NO idea what they would have used that on! And she has a small 50s ranch with a pass through which you can see from the living room! 😖
You have no idea how much I envy you. I’m 2 years younger. You would think at 75 and 77 she’d be able to take advice from a sister who studied interior design and has a degree in art. Sorry. It makes me so exasperated and sad. I could make her space so beautiful for her.
Anyway, please excuse the venting. I have thoroughly watching the entire transformation. I love area rugs on carpet and I really love the textured one you found!

I do, I love it as well. The lounge area, is my favourite place, and didn't those cushions come up a treat, it was looking just great. You both did a fantastic job. So pleased your Sister loved what you did for them. 🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾💖
All the makeovers were fun to watch and I love your voice. Calm and soothing. My favorite room makeover, if I have to pick one is the kitchen. I love the two toned painted pantry.

hi we do use them, but in Australia we call them quilt cover but they dont have the ties and love that idea . happy new year guys xxx

wow, i loved your makeover, really something doable and i loved the colors you used to paint. im in israel. yup we use duvet covers. thanks for the tip on how to fill them. i finally after 35 years realized i can easily just mark with permanent marker the inside quilt with initials for top, bottom and side so i know to put it in without measuring.

I Really like this patio makeover. The only thing I would ha e done different was to pick a different plant instead of that prickly one beside the rocking chair, just because of your sisters small children.

the living room looks awesome. i always put down a
rug
pad under
my rugs: a) protect the floor from dirt and grit that will accumulate under it ( i live in michigan but i imagine this would be especially the case in Arizona);’and b) it adds cushioning and prevents rug to shift 😉

Absolutely love ever room, but my favourite is the pantry - now looking for the wall mounted can shelves in the UK - not easy - I think I'll have to modify an over the door one lol. Love that green - not normally a colour for me but it's gorgeous. In the UK we use duvet covers as a norm and can change your room from summer to winter by just switching up the duvet covers - summer I like birds, bright colours and florals, winter is charcoal and deep plum with furry blankets - lush. Oh yes and I've subscribed - of course lols.🥰
Love the patio makeover…I’m still watching the others but had to ask (before I forget) if you’ve thought of putting a pretty pot with a screen as a lid and maybe some of the rocks from the front yard under the AC drip line to catch the water so it isn’t always leaking onto the dining area rug? You could use the water to water the plants or just toss it. Can’t wait to finish watching the rest of the video!
