I loved this vlog! And I loved your eternal monologue! Lol as a mom of two trust me I know!!! And no, no one’s life post partum is perfect and put together even though some online may seem that way. I think you are doing great! Your baby is healthy and growing and that’s what matters most! Of course you and your sanity too! Lol I wish I had that breast pump. When I had my kids I only had the insurance pumps, looking forward I will def like to invest in a wireless one, being plugged into the wall was horrible! Lol it’s like the matrix haha thank you for a little glimpse of your new mom life, this was fun to watch! ❤ and I appreciate you taking the time to put it up 😊
Thank you for watching and thank you for always leaving supportive and kind comments. I really appreciate it so much! 💜 One thing I've learned since having a baby is that everyone's post-partum experience is different and that no one really talks about that! Anything I learned about post-partum came from the two friends I have who had babies recently and thank god for them because it would've been so overwhelming going in blind, but still, our experiences are all very different. So I hope people know that no day is perfect and it's okay to let go of our constant need to be productive. That was the biggest learning curve for me but I'm glad I embraced that and was so focused on Kai. And you're so right, all that matters is that baby is loved and healthy and growing and that mom is taking care of herself (in all ways- mentally, physically, emotionally).
Oh and also, HIGHLY recommend the portable pump if it's in the budget for your next one! Honestly my mental health was suffering from pumping (I know that sounds dramatic but I feel like moms who have pumped know how real that is haha) and it was worth every penny to have the freedom to move around, get stuff done, and hold Kai while pumping. It made a world of difference for me!
@@ChristieintheCity yes!!! I will most def get a portable pump lol it was def hard on my mental health too so I get it!! It is not easy on top of the million things we get done while being post-partum, we are super women!!! I look forward to more vlogs!! And I love your channel! I’ll always support! ☺️☺️
