Seems like if that thing was about 5 to 10 pounds heavier it would really move that post. I'd be tempted to strap on some weight on the outside, haha. Even so, much better than wrecking your shoulders with a manual one.
I’m not usually a naysayer but I’m watching this thinking I’d have put that post in, in quarter that time with a mini excavator. I have rocky ground & I can push in wooden straining posts (6” diameter) all day with a 13 tonne excavator

The hardest part I have when doing it by hand is keeping the post level as they go in, I think that would be the best thing about this device.

That driver is expensive but still a fraction of a mini ex.
