The music has a fantastic tone on the actual situation of how absolutely fucked Usea is as a continent, it has an almost post apocalyptic feel or vibe to it that i cant put my finger on with the harmonic of the entire piece, whoever did the score for this deserves a medal, because in my eyes it accurately portrays the chaos of Last Hope in a perfect melody that has the right balance of electronic, bass and rock with orchestra.

First of, that song you linked is from another Bamco game. And secondly I've heard that exact same violin sample/motif in more songs than I could count with my hands. I'm almost entirely sure that it's part of some soundbank/synthesizer that all these composers just happened to own.
