No, unfortunately since the Vietnam story Seymore Hersch has gotten more and more into the weeds of conspiracy. Most likely feed "info" from actual FSB agents, aka Russian intelligence with an agenda towards trying to weaken the Nato alliance. Just think about it. Why would Norway aid in blowing up a pipeline when Norway has more pipeline underwater than Russia and that have little security against hostile nations and know the Russians have done underwater mapping with tracked drones and so on... It would be shooting oneself in the foot.
