Thank you so much! Not being able to get this was killing me lol.
Basically, it means 'in'. I think the extra syllable at the end is like saying 'in of', which isn't used in more conventional English, but I believe it is as if they're saying 'in of' like other English speakers say 'out of'. However, it could just be an added syllable that makes the words more musical.
Either way, despite growing up being taught very standard English, I love dialects, and slang, and accents etc. To me, they make a language more musical, more poetic, more expressive etc. And they keep a language fresh and evolving, which keeps it alive.
