- Sometimes things just don't go to plan!
Our contestants struggle with accuracy as Guz Khan struggles to pop a balloon, Joe Lycett can't get his nuts on target, Sally Phillips, Nish Kumar and Aisling Bea try to propel a coconut to very little success and Daisy May Cooper stomps her way to a narrow victory.

I adore these being uploaded to the sports channel - truly the height of athleticism xD
It's the best kind of sport there is
So annoyed they didn’t keep in Johnny Vegas falling off the ladder. That was the best bit of the task
or Desiree's attempt at popping the balloon. that was epic
Mel is so adorable! "Duck!!"
I love how easy popping the balloon was, yet only Alan had the brains to use the scissors first time
But as Desiree said, that's not the game. If everyone takes the obvious, easy solution, then you have a boring show that nobody would watch. And this is exactly what happened with the planned German version of Taskmaster: no fun, no experimentation, no daffiness, just everyone doing the most obvious thing in every situation. It was so bad it didn't even make it to air.
@@cephalogenic, that's the genius of TM. People are very prone to overestimating themselves.
This, this is sport.
My thinking for the portcullis is that whenever you ask Alex a question, he says "All the information's on the task." in that really patronising voice. The task itself didn't say you couldn't touch the string, so just untie it from the rope, and watch the portcullis fall.
But he did tell Guz the only time you're allowed to touch the string is when you're using the portcullis scissors. Assuming he told everyone this, I don't see them letting untying the string slide
have an idea on the last task, but I'm not sure if it'd be allowed. Use one or more of the pebbles to throw at close range at one of the VIP rope poles to knock it down (would that be "moving" it?) It could bother the other pole enough to make it waver, then creating slack in the string to release the spikes onto the balloon
Taskmaster in Channel 4 SPORT?
_Then brother, this is not sensible 😤_
Ironically (?), human bodies ARE machines.
uh, no?
@@andreaskarlsson5251 uh, yes. A biological machine, but still a machine
Hilarious ^^

9:49 Alex asking Victoria if she’s okay, just because she found the task funny, was a bit weird.

It's terrible when you get a case of shitting piss.
