Thank you so much. I knew it had to be a sample, but it´s not listed on the tracklist of the Liebrand Mix. Drove me crazy because I knew it so well and tried everything to find out which song it was. Now I checked it and it turned out the original is Black Riot's "A Day in the Life". But I´m sure I know it from "get on the dance floor".
There was another great Dutch DJ who inspired Ben Liebrand....Peter Slaghuis (Hithouse) ..you'll know him from the big 80's hit... "Jack to the Sound of the Underground" and others...He was the Master-sample-mixer...
