Easter Carrot Cake Recipe (Easy and Yummy!)

A doctored carrot cake mix is a reliably good bake that is so yummy! Add an almond cream cheese buttercream and you have a winner for Easter dessert!
For the cake: 3/4 c buttermilk
2/3 c sour cream
1/3 c canola
3 eggs
1/2 c grated carrots
1 tbs vanilla
Carrot cake mix
For the almond cream cheese buttercream:
3 sticks unsalted butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c heavy cream
1 tbs vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
32 oz powdered sugar
Orange and green gel food coloring
Wilton round tips 5 and 10
