This was the very best of original Gunner's performances! '88 live at the Ritz in NYC! They made this song their own! Bob Dylan wrote it from perspective of police officer killed in line of duty, talking to his Mom. Respect!
check out the concert from Tokyo 1992... songs like: Estranged, Rocket Queen, Sweet child o mine, November rain, Don't cry.... it was their greatest live performance ever imo
@@KcyHydra I think Axl Rose sounds better in Tokyo 1992 (obviously he was running a lot). His voice is like more mature and calm at times and that was in the studio records too. Check 'Don't cry' from Marquee 87... it's not that good tbf
@@lipecosta4714 he was singing the intro then: "Sail away sweet sister" and "Bad time". He was scratching it so hard and that's why SCOM souned different..
I love this performance 😊 great choice 😊
This was definitely a good one💯
@@FTBREACTSbet you never gave it a second look. Black people will pander anything to make a dollar....

Not even close lol Marquee 87, ritz 87, Ritz 88, Tokyo 88, paris 92, oklahoma 92 and then MAYBE you can put Tokyo 92 or Saskatoon 93
For me top 1 is Marquee 87 because of his young voice in Welcome to the Jungle, Dont Cry, Paradice City, etc.
Sounds exactly as the studio record

there was a lot of posers and fakeness in rock music at this time..Guns N Roses were the real deal. In my opinion they killed hair metal.
