I was thinking the exact same thing. And I laughed out loud when he said he got hydrocodone for a crown. Whatever dentist gave him that is an idiot. I was an opiate addict for years and I know that I have to avoid opiates even when I am in legitimate pain. The only time I have ever taken opiates since getting clean 7 years ago was when I had Gallstones and Pancreatitis at the same time and was in the hospital for a month awaiting surgery. But that pain was the most excruciating relentless pain I have ever felt. When I had my 9 and a half pound baby I didn't even accept the tiny bit of morphine they asked If I wanted when I was in labor for 30 hours.
This is absolute truth what she’s says.. speaking 6 years in recovery. I was very bipolar after getting off drugs. Which is very normal..So I was on bipolar meds for 3 months and after that.. i stop them.. i can see where a dr can misdiagnosed me because I never had previous bipolar issues until getting off drugs and I got on regular anti depressants…. Which saved me the last 6 years but at the same time I wish I could get off anti depressants but sadly.. I get very depressed if I don’t take them because of what the drugs did to damage me.. so everything they are saying.. i can relate 💯 it breaks my heart that Aaron lost that fight… another black balloon flies…. So sad :(

I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I took Zoloft for my anxiety but I got off of it when was I about to turn 20 and I am glad I was able to. But all I hear about Xanax is how addictive it is and I swear if I ever had a doctor try to prescribe me Xanax I'd be like, no anything but that.

Why do people keep saying he's not sober as if he said he was sober in this video? The whole video is about a road to becoming substance free. He clearly indicated all of the medications he's prescribed and taking, so that is him saying he's not sober. Sobriety is the goal based on him apparently weening himself. Who knows. We'll see.
