- A Washtenaw County man had his bail revoked and was forced to turn himself in after he joined a video court hearing for driving with a suspended license while driving.

He was unfair in this. The guys license is not suspended. It was a clerical error. The public pretendor did nothing and the judge didn't give him a chance to speak.

Looks like i have to eat my words. Upon further investigation, they found that there was an error on the part of someone who failed to process the paperwork that was supposed to have documented that his suspended license situation should have been resolved two years ago. Two years!!!
