This is amazing!! I will give you a heads up though Himi's gouache set isn't lightfast, the pigment (anything mixed with white especially for some reason tends to and I think a good few pink tones and perhaps blue too have the biggest habit of fading) will fade and bleach out if you leave it hanging in direct sunlight. If possible to avoid fading issues over time try and keep it facing away from windows.

yes it was in acrylics!! she mentions in the video that she did the underpainting in acrylics because she didnt want it to reactivate w water like gouache does:)) good luck and have fun with trying out your himi gouache!!

What works best for acrylics, gouache, or watercolor for undertones like you did? As I'm new to gouache and have used acrylics for years, I didn't get into the undertone until I bought the Himi gouache paint set (18 colors) a few months ago. I wanted to use both canvas and watercolor papers (Canson) when doing projects, but I'm concerned that using one of them will dry up the sketch (knowing that acrylics dry faster and are unusable than gouache) and make it impossible to see. If anyone else could help me understand undertones better than I could, that would be appreciated.
