Just got into playing the uke. I bought myself one and my grandson one. I am a concert violist and have played some guitar. New territory. This is fun learning all of the bar chords and progressions with you. Such a cool instrument. I never knew! Can't wait to explore new progressions with you.

You are the best teacher. Barres are still hard and painful but your exercises are helpful. Thank you!

This is an excellent series! 25 years of guitar makes this much easier for me!

Finally, I'm here. I thought I will never be on the last day because I really stucked with day 4 for a long time (2 months with a break) This chord was the hardest for me. Idk what shape I should choose, the shape that easier for me or the shape you play.
Thank you so much for this serie. It's really useful one. And thank you for your support.
But you start new serie on your channel, I wanna practice both barre chords and new serie.
I even didn't throw my uke, but my fingers hate me now, I guess.
Love, appreciate, admire you so much. Thank you for everything.

Great series Kevin. A tough one but essential. Most important is you make me smile while learning to play and enjoy the uke. You give alternative ways to achieve a result. You reinforce that if it works for me it’s okay if I use different fingers. I’ve only been at this for five months but have progressed so far with your help. Thank you for your dedication and teaching skills.

Thanks for this series. I really like bar chords even if they are challenging. My husband and I live in Kyle Texas.
Glad you tell which frets to press.

I should have started playing 40 years ago when my joints were much more flexible :) But I'll keep on excercising... And smiling!

I like this idea. May be able to tackle it in one video. What type/genre of songs are you playing currently?

I can’t get to the exercises. No matter how many times I log in. It always takes me again to the log in page. Are these cord exercises reserved for patrons? I am not a patron yet. How do I get to the exercise pdf?

Is it just me or does everybody have trouble downloading the Exercise Sheets from this site. I go to the link and when I click on the Exercise link, it sends me to the Happy Place where I have to type in my email address and then wait for an email to be sent to me. Then I go to try to download the Exercise Sheets again and it goes through the whole thing again. Am i doing something wrong? Very frustrating to go through this EVERY TIME I try to download. Please tell me the process for downloading these sheets! Thanks!

When I try to slide a "Bar Chord" I'm pressing hard so the chord sounds right but then I can't slide the chord, any suggestions?
    Thank you

That is hard. I couldn’t keep up with you at all. All cords were muted. I couldn’t concentrate on cord pattern and new cords. I am working on it.
