I missed you as out shopping, what a shame. There is Manolis too. Great music and acts at the weekend. Many more villas and town houses sold. Thriving place to have your home, holiday or resident. The golf club is being made bigger to 18 hole and its been said that its one of the best. We have alot of volunteers keeping the grounds neat and tidy. Anything else just give us a shout x

We visited the course in January 2024. Now there is 18 holes, and I think it is going to be a very fine course.

Enjoyed your video. We bought a house on Sierra Golf last year en really enjoy spending time there. Specialy love the community spirit. Lots of things changed over the year. When we were orienting ourselves two years ago, there were quite a lot of properties for sale on Sierra Golf. When i look now, there are only a few left. The new residents invest al lot in making their properties and gardens more beautiful. With the expansion to 18-holes (expected to open in september) it is also expected new properties will be built. Hopefully that will ensure that a supermarket will settle on Sierra Golf. The only downside for us is the lack of a shop on side where you can do your daily groceries.

Thank you so much for your information and glad you enjoy living there which is the main thing. They just had a new Spar supermarket at the MCC, which is not far from us and is good for the people living there. Hi me again. There is no community charges and at the Blue Palm bar and restaurant there is a big swimming pool. As long as you buy a drink etc then the pool can be used. Building as stopped for now but when the times right it may start again. Lots of owned properties also are having there own pool too. Lots of advice from the people of Sierra golf are there to help you with your questions. 😊

This resort was built by Procobar a Limited Liability company, part of Grupo Masa, just like Justo y Manoli on Camposol, they pulled out and abandoned the site in circa 2013, stripping many of the properties of kitchens, bathrooms, solar panels etc, there were many court cases brought by people who had paid deposits to Procobar , they were awarded damages but they never paid out, Procabar went into liquidation without paying up, sounds familiar doesn't it? Your video of the drive around the site indicates similar types of construction to Camposol with similar neglected roads/ infrastructure which look far worse than Camposol, at one point in circa 2013 there were flooding problems with water ingress into the houses and severe roof leaks, access to the site at one stage was impossible due a huge dip in the road becoming flooded for several weeks, it would appear that a new developer has taken over the site. the irony is that Masa are still trading and building properties in Spain.
