Download with an TH-cam to MP3 online converter and get Audacity it's free. Cut or trim out the part you want and use a fade in and out for a smooth start/anding. Maybe a free WAV to MP3 converter, since I don't know if Audacity can export MP3 when using the free version. But there should be a bunch of other free apps out there. Any decent audio editor can do that.
Why does wicked games sound so weird? I feel like whoever made that edit tried to drop The Weeknd’s vocals an octave lower for some reason and now it just sounds off.
