You have to have a FOB which can be placed by a Squad Leader as long as he has a logi truck or heli nearby and one teammate. If you have enough construction points (600 for TOW and 400 for HMG bunkers) the SL can then place it and the squad can build them with their shovels.

On a game that values teamwork over individual abilities, no. There shouldn't be a ranking. Join a noob friendly server, same thing but the ppl there are typically nicer and more understanding.
So far the first 10 min of U.S. play was a shit show in Nagasaki right before the bomb dropped. With the exception of one bad ass pilot heli recovery. *Edit* no that also includes the rest of the match.
The US team seems to be the typical match I always get lol 😂
