at this point i still wondering ... why does metal have negative charge at metal surface when sorounded by liquid ????

@@a.t.arianto.1979 When a metal reacts with oxygen and generates oxides, the oxygen atoms become negtive because they receive electrons from the metal and then bond with positive hydrons in the water.
