Nice explanation sir. In battery mode 51will get voltage by batt+but will be blocked by pq101 and in adp mode 51 will get voltage by pq101 in forward bias and get blocked by pd101.. Hope my thought is correct

For any MOSFET check the most important thing is to match the voltage and current ratings then you can use that mosfet in place of the faulty MOSFET.
