Ingredients List-
2 kg Raw mango (kacche aam) I used Desi ladwa
3 tbsp Turmeric Powder (30 gm )
200 gm Salt
100 gm Fennel Seeds
50 gm Yellow Mustard Seeds
50 gm Crushed Methi
1 tbsp Nigella Seeds ( 10 gm )
3 tbsp Raai Dal ( 30 gm )
60 gm Kashmiri Red chilli powder
150 ml mustard oil+ 250 ml mustard oil
1 tsp Asafoetida
