Im 25 and been listening too The Lox since I was 17 or 18 so yes, not everyone in our generation listens to drake and lil wayne and future.
I would have to dumb myself down to listen to the kind of music rap artists put out nowadays, which is the same reason this type of rap doesn't really exist anymore, specially not in the mainstream. People don't even know what is going on around them let alone be able to decipher complex lyrics and wordplay they just want something that sound good.
