He's actually the new ceo that was appointed a couple months or so ago, the old ceo Emmet shear was the ceo for a majority of twitches lifespan. (tho he basically pretended like twitch didn't exist the entire time)
I don’t use twitch but for all I know these streamers control that because that’s how they get income I think

It is still on twitch for their complete lack of guideline reinforcement or more accurately their double standards on content moderation, where they hold certain streamers accountable with bans, generally smaller streamers (and for "partial nudity" claims, they largely only ban men.) but let other streamer go without question for the same offenses. (mainly larger streamers and again for specific guidelines women are favored.)
