This is windows 10 VM. Hypervisor is oracle virtual box. You can use VMware as well

Use .\install.ps1 which is gui installation and it is easy

No need to fully activate windows. Because this is lab setup. It is better you can avoid home edition of windows 10. Other editions are fine
