First thing i thought of when using this guy as a cleaver was pairing him up with dizzy. Ran and dizzy can give 5 total debuffs. I can finally unbench her.
@@viy45811:56 landy took exactly 6k fixed dmg because she had 4 debuffs. Also, landy taking 7.5k means 5*1500.His s3 does 1.5k fixed dmg per debuff, not 2.5k
His main source of damage comes from his fixed damage mechanic. I think its better to have him at more speed and eff (cause he also put tons of debuff on his s3) then deal 15k fixed damage to everyone. His base damage is kinda negligable IMO.
@@joshualacumbo9382 agree, his damage is so damn good vs def scaling and unit like ML Celine and his 1st skill can even proc with dual attack, so make him bulky with a good speed and ton of effectiveness can still work and all his debuff from S3 is so damn good vs bruiser/turn 2 team

Why not use Dizzy? You plop on Eff and then you’re really set for 3 rebuffs
