This reminds me of an old black hat technique called "cloaking". In the 2000's, Google spent a great deal of time eliminating cloaking sites from the web and they created something called the "supplemental index" to put the sites in so owners would know they were not in the regular index any more. The sites would rank fantastically at first but then "the algorithm" would eventually figure out they were dynamically producing web pages on the fly.
