Maybe it's since he's your riding buddy he feels you should be in the Harley mix. Especially since he's riding a Harley. If you like your Kawasaki maybe you should keep it unless you want to own a Harley just so you can be in the true Harley rider's mix.
Sounds like you really love your bike. Maybe just enjoy it longer. There will always be another Harley to buy. And maybe you will find another model that you like better in the Harley lineup. Good luck in your decision. I really like your utube channel. Keep the good videos coming!! Enjoy the ride.
Harley. It has the hard bags and is ready for the backrest you want. Harley aftermarket has anything you desire or will need. I’ve been a rider for 50 years on about all makes and when my Kawasaki was 3 years old any part I needed was on back order because of the constant models changes. I have a Road Glide and my old Guzzi.
I have a metric bike in case someone has theirs in shop or someone from out of town visiting, also if I just want to Cruz the street, I have my Harley for bike runs or long road trips, if you can swing it, buy the Harley and also keep the metric,
Happy late birthday. I’m team Harley. However do what your heart says. One plus on Harley, ANY part on a Harley can be ordered from their website in about 50 different options down to the last nut and bolt. So many customization options. For that 2007, even though it’s older, you can still get parts easily.
Keep your kawasaki, you going to need something to ride when the harley is in the shop 😅😅, I would keep my kawasaki as every day commute to work bike, and that harley for out of town trips cause a harley davidson ultra classic is supposed to have a rear tour pack, or trunk for people who don't know difference... if you don't Love Harley don't buy one ✌🏿✌🏿
I'm team Kawasaki all day even if your looking for more power, you can move up to a bigger Kawasaki for way less than a Harley and have money left for any upgrades if needed. I went with 12 inch apes on mine Kawasaki and didn't have to replace any cables or add to any wires, probably couldn't gone with 14 without replacing cables etc.
Don't buy a Harley until you've tried an Indian. A Springfield will fit your needs. It will feel bigger than a Harley and the suspension will be much much better than the Harley. I'm telling ya! Try one!
Do you owe any more on the bike ya got? If it's paid for, keep it man. Keep your money for the trips unless you feel better owning a Harley? Be wise, be safe..... peace
Buy it!
I'm sure it will happen soon
Keep the Kawa & buy the Harley. Nothing like having 2 bikes 😂
Thats the plan! I have two of everything. Lol
