These seeds are very beneficial for joints pain.If someone has knee transplant case, these are best for this.
1 glass of milk, add 1teaspoon of these seeds and drink daily for 30 days.
Than don't use for next 30 days.
Repeat this cycle for 6 months and In Shaa Allah Taala no need to get knee transplant. You can Repeat this once a year. May Allah Subha na wa Taala give shifa e kaamla to all of us.

Yes , very useful recipe but milk and dry fruits are not compulsory, it can be made & drink only with water ( if someone can not afford milk and other fruits) with or without sweetner like honey or sugar, simple boil with water and drink.barakAllahu li a lakum.
