But more than one of my projects calls for doing French knots on pieces crocheted in the round, like amigurumi before it is stuffed. Is there anything special that would help with this, where you really can't weave on the inside?
Could you tie a knot in the working yarn before inserting it from the wrong side to the right side? That way it won't go anywhere during your french knot, and won't get pulled out later after the piece is stitched up.
