Thai food is the most precious and valuable item Thailand has grown to perfection this food is just to good. I can only imagine Street Food. This food is just absolutely one of a kind and precious. I am glad I was able to bring my family on this journey over the seas to Thailand, I would love to continue this countries food review.

I live in the UK, and the majority of Thai restaurants here, only offer popular 'westernised' Thai dishes, basically red curry, green curry, massaman curry and pad thai, all of which have their good points. Since massaman curry has Muslim origins, it's traditional to make it with beef or chicken, but rarely pork; (serve your massaman curry with an 'Achat' side salad, comprising cucumber, onion and sliced chillis, in a garlic, sugar and vinegar dressing: it's delicious,) but you can make any Asian dish have a 'Thai' feel to it by including 'Thai-specific' Ingredients like Galangal, Thai Basil, Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime Leaves, and with a careful gathering of authentic Thai recipes, you can cook at home to create your own versions of 'Khao Phat Mu' : fried rice with (often minced) pork; Aromatic 'Kaphrao' dishes : various meats/proteins cooked with vegetables, but always including 'holy basil'; 'Nuea Phat Phrik' : a hot and spicy stir-fry with chilli peppers and beef (though Water Buffalo meat would be more likely to be used in Thailand, you just can't find that in British butchers, so beef has to suffice.) 😊🐄
