I would recommend you to take the car which has no chips because they take the chips or cracks very seriously.

Brother you are allowed to have 7 demerit points and je tusi license plate light da mention nahi krde ta 1 demerit milega.
If you do this, I think they will allow you to take the test

Yes if you fail road test then you will have to do pre trip again on 2nd attempt
