I am Nick Crombie's mother. My sons, Danny Crombie and Jason Laynourn, heard your podcast and then told me about it. Thank you for mentioning PFC Crombie in your book. It meant a lot that a medic commander thought he was worth the Army paying for his medical degree and that he was not a slacker. We were told very little about his death and those who were with him. We were told he was killed by an IED instead of mortar fire. I wrote a biography using Nick's letters that he wrote home and to other family members, "Love, Nick". A VA Nursing facility was also named in Nick's honor in Boulder City, NV. Thank you for keeping his memory alive. 🤗

Typing in all caps just shows you have a lot of insecurities
@williamstocker584 NO IT DOESN'T IT JUST SHOWS THAT'S THE WAY I LIKE TO TYPE BUT YOU THE FACT THAT YOU'D EVEN THINK ABOUT MY INSECURITIES OFF THE WAY I TYPE IN A COMMENT REALLY SHOWS HOW IN TOUCH WITH YOUR FEMININE SIDE YOU ARE AND THAT'S WHY I'D LIKE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TELL YOU IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HALF OF ANYTHING THINKS AT ALL BECAUSE THE ONE THING I'M SURE ABOUT IS THAT I'M GONNA KEEP TYPING THIS WAY AND WHILE I KEEP TYPING THIS WAY MAYBE YOU'LL FIGURE YOURSELF OUT A LITTLE BIT AND BE A WHOLE SOMETHING. THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT MY INSECURITIES IT REALLY SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU CARE WE NEED MORE WOMEN LIKE YOU IN THIS COLD WORLD.
